Introduction

Welcome to Prana Studio (“Prana Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of pranastudio.net (the “Site”) and any coaching sessions, Akashic Records readings, group workshops, digital products, artwork, merchandise, and related services we offer (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Site or purchasing or participating in any Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Site and Services are intended for adults aged 18 years or older.

By using the Site or purchasing or participating in a Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

Prana Studio does not knowingly provide Services to children under 18.

2. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or another user’s account;
• use automated tools, including bots or scrapers, to extract content from the Site;
• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent;
• use the Site to transmit harmful code or interfere with its normal operation;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with Prana Studio;
• infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights; or
• use the Site or Services for an unlawful or abusive purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or suspension is necessary to protect the Site, our clients, or our business.

3. Nature of Services

Prana Studio provides mind-body coaching, creativity coaching, energy-based practices, and Akashic Records readings. These Services are educational, coaching, contemplative, experiential, and spiritual in nature.

Depending on the offering, Services may include:

• Mind-Body & Energy Work;
• Creativity Coaching;
• Akashic Record consultations and readings;
• meditation, breathwork, somatic, or energy-based practices;
• individual or group workshops;
• creative programs and educational materials;
• digital media and downloadable content;
• original artwork and photography; and
• related educational or creative experiences.

Not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment

Prana Studio’s Services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental-health provider.

The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or replace professional treatment for any disease, disorder, medical condition, psychiatric condition, or mental-health condition.

Nothing on the Site or provided through the Services should be interpreted as a diagnosis, medical recommendation, treatment plan, prescription, or substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other health concern, consult an appropriately licensed professional.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact a licensed provider, emergency services, or an appropriate crisis service immediately.

HIPAA

Prana Studio is not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Information shared through our Services is not treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA.

If you are seeking care that requires HIPAA protection, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

No regulated professional relationship

Use of the Site or participation in a Service does not, by itself, establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, psychologist- client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship.

4. Akashic Record Readings

Akashic Record readings are offered as spiritual, contemplative, and exploratory experiences.

Information, impressions, interpretations, themes, or perspectives shared during a reading are subjective and are provided for personal reflection.

Prana Studio does not represent that an Akashic Record reading can:

• predict the future;
• establish objective facts about past lives or future events;
• diagnose a medical or mental-health condition;
• determine what another person is thinking or feeling;
• guarantee a particular relationship, career, financial, health, or other outcome; or
• replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for how you interpret and act upon anything discussed during a reading.

5. Coaching & Energy-Based Services

Coaching and creative services are intended to support reflection, exploration, learning, creativity, and personal development.

Energy-based, somatic, meditation, breathwork, or related practices may be incorporated into certain Services.

You voluntarily choose whether to participate in any practice and may stop participating at any time.

You should inform Prana Studio before a session of any relevant physical limitations, pregnancy, injury, condition, medication, or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely.

Prana Studio may modify, pause, or discontinue an activity if it reasonably believes doing so is appropriate for safety.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that coaching, energy work, somatic practices, meditation, breathwork, and Akashic Records readings are exploratory and non-clinical in nature.

Certain Services may involve meditation, breathwork, movement, somatic awareness, relaxation exercises, or other experiential practices. You voluntarily participate in such practices.

Outcomes are not guaranteed, and the effectiveness of spiritual or energy-based modalities has not been validated by conventional medical or scientific standards.

You should not participate in an activity that you believe is unsafe for you and should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

This provision does not release Prana Studio from liability to the extent such a release is prohibited by law.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Coaching and Akashic Records readings are offered as a supportive, exploratory process. Prana Studio does not guarantee any particular result from the Services. Results may vary substantially between individuals.

No statement on the Site or made during a Service should be understood as a guarantee of:

• physical or emotional improvement;
• mental-health improvement;
• creative achievement;
• professional or financial success;
• relationship outcomes;
• spiritual development;
• healing;
• removal of trauma;
• resolution of burnout;
• nervous-system changes; or
• any other particular result.

Testimonials or individual experiences are examples of individual experiences only and are not guarantees of what another person will experience.

8. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, choices, participation, and use of information obtained through the Site or Services.

You agree not to rely upon the Services as a substitute for professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

You are encouraged to seek qualified professional assistance whenever a matter falls outside the scope of Prana Studio’s Services.

9. Bookings, Payment & Cancellations

Bookings

Appointments are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been provided.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending the appointment at the scheduled time.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular Service, sessions are conducted remotely using the technology specified at the time of booking.

Prana Studio is not responsible for delays caused by your internet connection, device, software, or other technology outside Prana Studio’s reasonable control.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Unless a particular Service page states different terms, individual sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you cancel or request a reschedule less than 48 hours before the appointment, or fail to attend, the session fee may be forfeited.

All session, workshop, and package sales are otherwise final and are not refundable after booking, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided under these Terms.

Prana Studio may, at its discretion, make exceptions in circumstances such as serious illness, emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances.

Provider Cancellation

If Prana Studio needs to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you may choose either a rescheduled session at a mutually agreed time or a full refund for that session.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Payment Processing

Payments for sessions, workshops, digital products, artwork, and merchandise may be processed through third-party payment processors.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Prana Studio does not store complete payment-card details when payment is handled through a third-party payment processor. Payment information is handled directly by the applicable payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy.

Pricing and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.

Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, including through a chargeback, after a Service has been provided, Prana Studio reserves the right to pursue the amount owed and may decline to provide further Services until the matter is resolved.

11. Digital Products

Purchases of digital products, including guides, courses, downloadable materials, and similar digital content, are non-refundable except where the product delivered is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase or otherwise required by applicable law.

If you believe a digital product is materially different from its description, please contact us at drsonalk@pranastudio.net within a reasonable period after purchase and provide details of the issue.

Digital products are provided for your personal use and are subject to the intellectual-property and licensing restrictions in these Terms.

12. Artwork & Merchandise

All sales of physical artwork and merchandise are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Please review item descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images carefully before purchasing.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, purchase of a physical or digital artwork transfers ownership of the purchased copy or physical object, not copyright in the underlying work.

The artist retains applicable copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

Purchasers may not reproduce, commercially exploit, license, distribute, or create derivative works from purchased artwork except to the extent expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law.

For physical artwork, shipping, delivery, damage, returns, and related terms may be governed by additional purchase terms presented at checkout.

13. Group Sessions & Workshops

Group sessions involve other participants. Information you choose to share in a group setting may be heard or seen by other participants.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and maintain the privacy of other participants.

You must not:

• record audio or video without express permission;
• photograph or screenshot other participants without permission;
• distribute another participant’s statements or personal information;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse another participant;
• disrupt the session; or
• use the session to solicit or promote unrelated products or services.

Prana Studio may remove a participant from a group session where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, privacy, or experience of other participants.

Prana Studio cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

Please review the Prana Studio Privacy Policy for additional information regarding privacy and group-session recording.

14. Session Recording

Individual sessions are not recorded by default.

If you would like a recording of your session for your own reference, you may request one in advance.

Recordings made at your request are stored on Google Drive and retained for one year, after which they are deleted.

Recordings are for your personal use only and will not be used for any other purpose without your separate agreement.

You may ask that a recording be deleted sooner at any time.

15. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including coaching frameworks, session materials, course content, Akashic Records reading methodology, written guides, educational materials, photographs, artwork, and other original materials, is the intellectual property of Prana Studio or its respective owner and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You receive a limited right to use such content for your own personal benefit only, unless a separate written license states otherwise.

You may not reproduce, teach, resell, distribute, publicly share, commercially exploit, or create competing materials from such content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

No ownership rights are transferred merely because you view, download, purchase, or access Site or Service content.

16. User-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit content to the Site or to Prana Studio, such as a testimonial, comment, photograph, written feedback, or other material, you represent that you own or otherwise have the necessary rights to submit that content.

You also represent that your submission does not infringe the copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any third party.

Subject to your separate consent where required, you grant Prana Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute submitted content in connection with the Site, Services, and Prana Studio’s marketing.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at drsonalk@pranastudio.net with:

1. a description of the copyrighted work;
2. the location of the allegedly infringing content on the Site; and
3. your contact information.

We will review and respond to valid copyright notices in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act where applicable.

17. Testimonials and Marketing

With your consent, we may use testimonials, feedback, or general descriptions of your experience in our marketing materials, including the Site and social media.

We will not intentionally identify or publish health or other sensitive personal details in a testimonial unless you specifically authorize that use.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Following withdrawal, we will remove future use of your testimonial where reasonably possible, subject to materials already published or otherwise outside our reasonable control.

18. Third-Party Services

The Site and Services may use third-party services for payments, appointment scheduling, video conferencing, email, website hosting, analytics, file storage, digital-content delivery, customer support, and other operational functions.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Prana Studio is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Site Availability

We attempt to keep the Site available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services for maintenance, technical reasons, security reasons, business reasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

PRANA STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

PRANA STUDIO DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRANA STUDIO AND ITS OWNERS, CONTRACTORS, FACILITATORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRANA STUDIO’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF A PARTICULAR SERVICE OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO PRANA STUDIO FOR THAT SERVICE OR TRANSACTION.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including where applicable liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other conduct for which limitation is prohibited by law.

22. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prana Studio and its owners, contractors, facilitators, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

1. your material violation of these Terms;
2. your unlawful use of the Site or Services;
3. your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; or
4. your material misconduct in connection with a group session.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Prana Studio for Prana Studio’s own conduct to the extent such indemnification would be prohibited by law.

23. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

24. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable federal law or non-waivable consumer protections require otherwise.

25. Miscellaneous

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Failure by Prana Studio to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. Prana Studio may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or other lawful transfer of its rights or obligations.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

Your continued use of the Site or Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
